For those who have in-person visits scheduled at the clinic, please remember to remove your outdoor shoes or boots when you come in the door to ensure our floors remain dry for everyone. Previously we’ve been able to provide slippers for your use within the clinic, but unfortunately can’t this year. We encourage you to bring a pair of slippers or other indoor shoes with you for your visit.

Starting in January, Dr. Danielle will be offering a postpartum rehab series. This will include a four week program consisting of eight one-hour sessions. You will have the opportunity to choose virtual or in-person classes (depending on COVID restrictions).
Classes will focus on helping to restore your full body with emphasis on your pelvic floor, deep core, and gluteal muscles.

The clinic is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and January 1st. Please check with your therapist to see what their hours are during the holidays.

We have Homedics massagers available in the clinic and are still selling two-layer cloth masks that you can easily add a filter into – with new seasonal prints available! You can also purchase gift certificates in the clinic or over the phone for any amount. Simply have your credit card ready and call 905.829.0724. You can pick up your gift certificate at the clinic or have it mailed to you within 2-3 business days.
Make sure that you maximize your extended health care coverage, including orthotics, as most benefits don’t carry over into the New Year. All of our therapists are registered with their respective colleges, allowing you to claim your therapy for reimbursement under your group insurance.
