YOUR HEALTH Wellness Centre – June 2020 Clinic Newsletter

As you might have heard, we are carefully restarting offering services at YOUR HEALTH.

We are returning on a gradual basis, first prioritizing patients with urgent treatment needs, and will be doing fewer treatments per day than we normally would. This allows us to reopen in a safe and measured way, keeping your health our top priority.

We have implemented many new policies and procedures, based on the guidance of the Ontario Chiropractic Association, the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and the Ministry of Health to keep our patients as safe as possible.

These procedures include enhanced COVID-19 screening procedures, increased cleaning and disinfecting, focusing on hand hygiene and altering the clinic space, and requiring that all therapists and patients wear a mask throughout the treatment time.

To make your first appointment during the COVID-19 pandemic as stress-free as possible, and to make things a bit less overwhelming, we wanted to share the following resources outlining what you can expect:

Our priority will always be keeping our patients safe and we will help guide you through all of the new policies and procedures so you can feel as safe as possible when you come in for a treatment. After you have booked an appointment, we will screen you virtually for COVID-19 and send you a reminder of what you need to bring and what you need to do when you arrive. If you have any questions or concerns, we would be happy to help in any way possible.

Thank you!

We truly appreciate the support and understanding of our patients during this unprecedented time and your patience as we all navigate this new reality.

When you’re ready to book an appointment, we look forward to welcoming you back to the clinic as safely as possible! We will continue to keep you up to date on any new requirements and safety precautions we have taken as this pandemic continues to evolve.
