Registered Massage Therapist
I graduated from Sutherland-Chan school of Massage Therapy in 2022. Prior to that, I gained a background in Kinesiology and graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber in 2020. I always knew I was meant to help others and I believe massage therapy is the ultimate way for me to pursue my passion in guiding others towards the path of loving and honoring their body.

I believe healing from acute and chronic issues requires just as much as mental healing as physical healing. I admire the way massage therapy can target the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of a person by working with the nervous system directly with touch to soothe the person as a whole, and bring awareness to the person on what requires healing. In this day and life, it is so easy to get distracted with thoughts, work, and outside commitments – with massage therapy, people can be grounded again and become aware of what they need.

My goal as a massage therapist is to treat a variety of chronic and acute conditions manually; however, I would also like to empower patients with the tools necessary to motivate themselves to heal and therefore lead to long-term benefits in their life. My focus is to provide a foundation for proper healing targeting sleep, stress, anxiety and overactive nervous systems first. Providing this foundation allows the body to heal as needed and provides the groundwork for manual therapies required to treat the target tissues, inflammation, and pain.
