Registered Massage Therapist
I graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2022. I’ve always had a passion for helping people and took an interest in massage in high school. I wasted no time in finding a school that offered the best program for massage therapy and that fit my learning style.
Depending on your needs, I incorporate non-Swedish massage techniques, such as myofascial release, joint play, and range of motion, throughout the treatment to maximize the therapeutic benefits of your time.
I create a safe environment for you to talk about muscle and joint pain and also include your opinion in the treatment plan. I am very mindful of what techniques and pressure you’re comfortable with and will give you home care to aid in continuing the therapeutic experience.
