I graduated from D’Youville College in New York where I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic with Magma Cum Laude honours. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with Honours from the University of Waterloo, specializing in biomechanics and injury rehabilitation.

I am a passionate Chiropractor, dedicated to helping you feel better than you ever have before. My goal is to give you the opportunity to live the pain-free and unrestricted life we all deserve.

I use a comprehensive approach to get you out of pain and increase your function to levels you may not have thought possible. My treatments are focused not only on the spine, but also the joints, muscles, and nerves of your entire body. I work with you to improve your health and quality of life through four main pillars: Movement, Nourishment, Recuperation, and Mindset.

Whether you just suffered an injury, have been dealing with something for a long time, or simply want your body to serve you better, I am here to help you meet your specific goals.

I am also committed to lifelong learning through books, articles, webinars, and seminars to find new ways to help my patients and improve my own personal well-being.
