Thought coaching is about exploring different perspectives of age old issues. You may be somewhat familiar with these:
- I get mad when ...
- I get hurt when ...
- I get downright angry when ...
- I get frustrated when ...
These are common issues that we all deal with and they are often what lead to the stress we experience in our every day life. By exploring the thoughts that create our feelings of being mad, hurt, angry, frustrated, etc. we begin to see a familiar pattern. The objective is to see if the belief or thought is helping you or hindering you. Often we don't realize that there is a different and equally valid perspective that we could have that would make us feel entirely different. We provide you with simple tools that help you to find those different perspectives, which will have you in control of your thoughts, instead of them controlling you.
