Therapy is seen by many as an avenue to achieve their goals in life, to navigate tough life situations, and to work through difficult and painful emotions. Clients can express their thoughts and feelings in an empathic, non-judgemental atmosphere that helps them work toward their goals. Trish’s approach is guided by her training in Cognitive Behavioural therapy, but she also draws on other modalities to fit the person and the goals that they have set.
